Contract agreement for revenue share based domain development

I am looking for a sample contract agreement for revenue share based domain name development.
I have couple of parties interested in developing some of our domains based on revenue share. I can put together something but I am afraid I may miss few important points, thus looking for a sample contract.
I am basically looking for a website development contract agreement that can be easily modified to fit different domain names and revenue shares etc.
Please let me know if you have any or know any somewhere that I can check out.
