Frager Versus Fulton: Gentlemen, please stop it!
Most of you probably already know about this war going on between Owen Frager and Mark Fulton.
I won’t add any more negativity to what is already going on between them.
I won’t even repeat here who did what.
But I will say that this war is being taken to a very nasty level and which is not good for anyone.
Not only are you guys hurting you own brands, but also the domaining itself. This verbal dual coming from two pros doesn’t give a good feeling to the domaining community.
I will urge you gentlemen to:
Please STOP it. You will do everyone a favor.

They’re likely still in negotiations to buy or they could be leasing it and the owner name would remain.

I just noticed the owners of the domain name added a great note in the footer with links to two charities:
Support Cancer Research and Organizations that Support Families Affected by Cancer
Cancer Support Community | Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Very nice!February 5th, 2010 at 1:37 am -

The registration is private; just off the cuff, I’d be willing to bet that Apple already has this domain locked up and that Martine Bejasa is not the owner’s name, but someone acting on behalf of Apple, perhaps an employee.
It would be an interesting historical search.February 5th, 2010 at 1:38 am
