Whois Privacy Protection won’t hurt your Search Engine Rankings!

Here is a piece of some good news for people and companies that use whois privacy protection on their domain names.

Google Says private registration won’t hurt your search rankings

According to JohnMu, it typically doesn’t impact rankings, so you need not worry if you are already implementing it.

I am not sure what the article mean by “it typically doesn’t impact rankings”?

Many people use privacy protection due to various reasons and they just found one more reason to keep using it as doesn’t hurt them in SEO :)

Do you use privacy protection?

If yes, what you thinkĀ are the main advantages of using it?

I have over 4200 domain names that the who is info is protected and YES 3500+ rank on the first page of the google search for relevant one and two search keywords.

Domain name privacy is NOT relevant – the Content on the website is the key with the Right keywords = Success

Agree, good content is what matters.

Btw, I am impressed with your domain performance stats: “YES 3500+ rank on the first page of the google search for relevant one and two search keywords.”

    Thats just awesome!

    Congrats!

May be you can give me few tips to do that kind of magic? :)

    Thanks.
